• Phones useless without a working battery

  What is the point of having a phone with a malfunctioning battery. I thought tests are performed before allowing the seller to ship these out?? I received this phone and and plugged it into the charger since it wouldn’t turn on. 30 mins later the battery hasn’t budged past 1%, I also attempted to use the phone while it was plugged in and it shut down on me multiple times. I’m sure the phone is great but I wasn’t able to do much to verify that. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  I bought this exact phone, from this exact website around September for a relative for Christmas. Turns out, when I got the phone, it was unable to activate. I’ve gotten jipped, worst experience ever. I can’t fix the phone, if I do it’d be just as expensive as buying a higher model (IPhone 8, 8 PLUS)
